On Saturday August 3rd in partnership with UNISON
lifelong learning Bicycle Links will be running a two hour bicycle maintenance
course from 14:00-16:00. This course is
suitable for anyone that wants a better understanding of their bike and how to
keep it in good working order. The
course will cover maintenance of tyres, wheels, brakes and gears. No previous experience working on bikes is
necessary. The course will be held at the Bicycle Links’ worksite at 18 St
Mary’s Works, Duke Street, Norwich, NR3 1QA. The cost of the course is £12 per
person for the full two hour session.
On Tuesday August 6th from 13:00-14:00, we
will also be offering safe cycling training at County Hall and the surrounding
streets. The course will be led by qualified a National Instructor trainer. It aims to help build confidence about riding
a bike or riding on the road for inexperienced bike owners. The cost of the
session is £6 per person.
